Starbucks

After ordering a coffee and two food items I received my coffee but then it took 10 minutes and asking two different people before someone would get them. Besides the guy that helped me everyone else that was working there looked someone had just shot their dog in front of them. They could not have been less interested in doing their job.

I've found my new starbucks for working during the week! Everyone has been super friendly - the drive thru is fast and both people I interacted with today were so pleasant. I use the app and scan it to pay at the register but there isn't a way to tip on that?! How crazy - these people deserve these tips. Corporate needs to change that!!

Husband brought me home a grande chai tea latte this morning. Unfortunately there was no chai in it, just expensive warm milk. Not the first time at this location.

I ordered a frappe with espresso shots but they forgot to blend it inside I’m guessing ?? so they got a cup with espresso shots and just poured the frappe on top..

Never again. I come here because it's the closest one to me but it's always something. I call to get something fixed come in and the communication and service horrible then only give me one drink and just stare at me when I'm at the window talking. I'll be calling corporate for my money back

The baristas are either incredibly nice or incredibly toxic. No one knows how to actually make the drinks, whipped cream is always left off when I order the holiday drinks when they're advertised with whip. The barista argued with me that it is always on the drink but when it was handed to me there wasn't any. Honestly just fire the toxic management and employees, it shouldn't be this hard to make a coffee.

My drink was made ASAP (was about the only positive thing on this visit) but the bathrooms need desperate help ‍♀️ The people behind the counter seemed sad or mad to be there….absolutely NO smiling faces or anything, not even talking amongst themselves-nada. Jake at the front counter didn’t greet anyone with a smile or anything like that (there was like 3 or 4 people in line including myself) More like a This location is ALWAYS packed (parking is always full and so is the drive thru ‍♀️). A coffee house is for chillin quietly and enjoying your coffee and the atmosphere (some people go to get virtual work done which means a quiet vibe)….not to have screaming children running around while their parents “socialize”

I love love love the honey citrus mint tea, its a hot tea and i drink this tea when I'm under the weather and I feel better, im not lying, its delicious and I hope they continue having this tea. Also had my fave lemon loaf slice

Manager named Jake was amazing, I came in to ask about an issue I had at another location and even thought it was not his issue to solve he was super helpful and nice. I really appreciated he took the time to help me sort out my issue from the other store and even offered to give me something off the menu for free. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location
