Starbucks

I came in today to very understaffed store, but Tracey the barista taking my order me had such a positive and welcoming attitude. I’ve had difficulty at a few locations but after this experience i will definitely make this my home store .

Didn’t even go in because the security guard screamed at me and made me scared to stay in line. Granted, I’d pulled in the wrong place and should have been corrected but I shouldn’t be worried about getting shot because I misread a no entrance sign.

This would be a great place to sit and enjoy your beverage. Unfortunately, this place is still allowing dangerous homeless people in and on the outside chairs and tables. Homeless people in and around your business is bad for everyone. The restrooms should be for paying customers only. You get one star because no stars wasn't an option. Change your policies and Please Improve. If you're coming here, only use the Drive Thru. Can't even enjoy the patio because of the recurring Homeless people constantly loitering and hogging the tables. Giving one star because no stars wasn't an option.
