Starbucks

This my 3rd time driving to this place only to find out they don't have what I've been craving. Seems like they're always short on some stuff

I tried to buy a cup of coffee and the staff said that they stop brewing coffe 2 hours before they close

In a rush and wasn’t given a straw, what exactly do I do with this drink now lol, scoop out the whipped cream and sip?

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars at all was because the place was a nice environment. It was tthe morning staff that was unfriendly. I don't use that term loosely — They were indeed unfriendly and made me feel unwelcomed! On top of it all, they didn't call my name when my coffee was ready, didn't offer to heat my breakfast like they did for other people, and after being ignored for a good 6 minutes, when I asked for napkins, they put them on the end counter farthest from me. It's like they were deliberately trying to convey that I was unwelcome. This has never happened to me before at this location (or amy location, for that matter). I guess that morning crew on that particular day just had a bad start. I'll file a complaint with the company.

I really want to like this Starbucks but in the end the service is just so bad. It is the coolest building and atmosphere. I recommend just ordering through the app and not engaging with the employees. 1) I came here to study, stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. There are 4 people working and no line - I was the only one standing there. I finally just ordered on the app and my order was ready in a few minutes. They called my name but no one ever looked at me, not once. 2) 2 days ago I stopped here on my way to work at 6am. I put in a mobile order before arriving. A male voice asked for my order over the speaker in the drive through and I told him about my mobile order. When I got to the window, it was a good 4-5 minutes before anyone came to the window, and again, it wasn’t busy. When a female employee came to the window she said, “are you waiting for something?” I explained again and they had my order - it was just an odd experience. 3) about 2 months ago I stopped at the drive through with my family as we headed out in a road trip and I ordered, in-person, an americano with almond milk but they mistook it for cow milk and it made my husband very sick about an hour into our drive. Update: 4) Starbucks replied to this post with a generic 800 number, with a lengthy phone tree. No thanks.

This is a unique location. The building itself has a glass roof, and you can enjoy stormy weather from the inside! The front patio often has dogs and sunshine. The drive-thru is conveniently located, and I can grab a drink and head out of town fairly quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful and is quick with your order!
