I believe this is my first negative online review ever! Paid 5 bucks for a cup of coffee left 18% tip practically asked to because the waiter verbally indicated the tip message on the pad; even though I'm at the bar quickly grabbing a cup of coffee waiting for my moms appointment to finish next door. I was happy, got my coffee!! Walked back and sat down to finally sip on my "gourmet" very expensive small cup of coffee, coffee was at last weak, close to awful based on the expectations set before me. Walked back and nicely asked if they could fix it for me. The same waiter that made it went back on the ticket and said if you want I can do it but I'll need to charge you, I asked for my refund and they could not refund me. Its not for the money, I would have paid whatever... I blame management, after looking lost and opressed they called the person in charge which didn't really let them solve the situation in a way customer is validated. I feel badly for the employees showing me a chart with inventory and that they were finding a way to refund me. I just left... I was surprised with the most miserly restaurant service I've experienced in my life.
