Fantastic experience with the owner and the staff at Spread and Co. The best Avocado Toast I've ever had and just a great vibe at this restaurant.
I like to bring my parents here whenever they stop by. I like the fruit dishes but they tend to be big, so I only really come with family. Family of four, generally, would be good.
The food is sooo good here! I really liked the ricotta toast. The fruits it’s topped with was a nice touch! Falafel was a little dry so probably wouldn’t get again.
I have been coming here for years, it’s an amazing brunch spot. 10/10. But please bring back the Rosti Plate!!! It was my favorite item on the menu and I would order it every time. I miss those delectable potatoes with that incredible chive dip, and an egg on top. Such a yummy meal. Please bring it back!
The idea of this cheese spread little café is rather nice. It’s almost like a tea house, but there are some rough edges that just annoy me because I am easily disturbed by crumbs and dirty tables and dirty seats. The avocado toast is highly recommended, but for example the grilled cheese sandwich while it has several weird combinations of cheese is way too greasy and there’s too much bread. I also find it annoying that when you order a teapot, you have to physically get up and go and get honey or Sugar it’s not there, so why is it brought to the table? Why not make everything either no service or all service? It’s a mystery.
Burger was pretty solid, fried were meh. Was not feeling the frenchie. It was like eat a thick cut spam sandwich
The best avocado toast and chicken salad I’ve ever had. I definitely need to come back for charcuterie or brunch.
Counter service ok but still felt like we were doing most of the work: getting up to grab utensils, sugars, busing our own plates (scraping off food into bins, etc. dormitory style).
