Used to like this place a lot, but something may have changed because it’s awful now. I get having an off-night or an order mishap once in a while but over the course of the last few months, they messed up two orders and on the third one I never even got my order. I called after 2 hours to see what happened and they said they didn’t get the order until “just now” (As in, they weren’t checking for online orders and only did when I called. Pretty obvious.) I asked to cancel the order and was put on hold. A girl comes back, who I think must have been no older than 13, and told me the restaurant doesn’t do refunds and that I should call my bank to take care of it. So, if you’re an adult, you understand that’s not how any of that works. I try to explain this to her and she says “I don’t know what to tell you” and chuckles. I ask if I can just talk to a manager and she tells me “my sister owns the restaurant and isn’t here and my dad doesn’t speak English.” So I finally just hang up. I call the app I ordered from and they immediately cancel the order and reverse the charge. Like I said, an order mistake isn’t a huge deal, but this was the third time in a row, and by far the weirdest, most unpleasant experience I’ve had with them. Too many Chinese restaurants in Denver to give this one any more chances.
Used to love this place near our home, but it just tasted so different and lacked any flavor. Perhaps new ownership? Will be eating elsewhere:(
I'm guessing the ownership has changed. I ordered 2 sweet n sour chicken lunches. There was no veggies in the fried rice. They just added soy sauce to white rice. The portion has gotten smaller. And instead of my sweet n sour sauce covering my entrees or at least served in the side in a separate container. They gave me 2 small packs of sauce. The same size you get the soy sauce in usually. Yes,those little to-go packs. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE! fyi the counter girl was DEFINITELY under aged. And everyone in the restaurant spoke Mexican.
If you want to be thoroughly disappointed and left hungry this is the place to go. Please be sure not to interrupt the girl at the counter because she does not want to be bothered by taking an order. And if you love vegetarian dishes this place is great. Because they will not put any meat in your meat dishes. Well that’s an exaggeration they will put 1%meat to 99% veggie. And don’t order a dish that needs a side sauce because that’s not going to be there either. Good thing there are a thousand other Asian places to eat in this city.
I love this place. Every time I've been here and the food is awesome. Great flavor. I keep going back. Bet you would too!!
I ordered the sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken. It just tastes bland. Boba was mushy. Not coming back.
La comida es buena pero en mi orden no me colocaron salsas para aderezar mi arroz ni mis enrollados
