Soul Good Fine Food

First time eating hear today 3/24/24. The food and Service exceeded my expectations. What got my attention was all the cars out front so I turned around to go try it because I was hungry.. Keep up the Good Job

My first time eating here and I was not pleased with the food. It was just OK for me. I got the smothered turkey wing over rice and gravy with a side of lima beans and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes was not cooked all the way through and the gravy was a little too thick for me. The food was not hot but lukewarm. I gave 3 stars because the staff was nice and polite and the place was clean. I’ll give it another try but not anytime soon.

Every time I leave ATL it is my ritual to always get some down south cooking ever since granny passed away I could never find a place appeasing to my appetite but this place is real cooking I will be back again when I come back down *toast to the chefs*

Food was very disappointing…… I’m not even pick eater but I could not eat the food , collard greens had no season , yams were mid and the main dish I almost

It was my first time there. Fried pork chops and okra were hot and pretty good. Cook to order.

I spent $16 on 2 salmon pattys cheese rleggs and cheese grits, first it was kind of expensive compared to other black owned restaurants and I always get salmon… first the salmon was in balls and not patty’s which is fine just never had them in balls, grits were still sort of hard, the eggs were perfect, but the salmon was nasty I can taste it’s been seasoned but maybe the quality was off, it was very fishy to the point I started to throw up… at that point all the food went down hill… I don’t see myself referring anyone or coming back to try anything else my health is important. I wish I could post pics but don’t see the option. I’m always trying black own establishments and no disrespect to the owners or staff but my experience wasn’t well

First time Here and I will for sure be back !!! From Start to Finish. Walking in, greeting with a smile and excellent Customer Service. I had a ToGo order; fish (whiting) and grits breakfast with a side of home fries.. oh and Lemonade. Everything was seasoned well and although I added another order later, Everything was Hot and Freshly Made.
