Sonic Drive-In

My fiancé and I were ordering pretzels and other food, we had not received the pretzels and we had pressed the red button again and they had rang up 3 pretzels to pay for, when we already paid for them. No one understood anything and was just rushing with everything. Very rude and don’t know how to do there job correctly.

Went in for a grill cheese sandwich it had mold went back to tell them about it and they gave me expired coupons to use.

We just ordered door dash. The tater tots were all stuck together. Not edible , hard. Burgers were cold.

After having horrible experiences at the nearby McDonald’s and Arby’s I had to post this because of the actual customer service we received here. They were efficient professional and delivered great service. Adessa did a great job!!!!!

It was a messy but delicious combination, perfect for dipping or scooping with the burger. Overall, my Sonic lunch wasn't fancy, but it was a nostalgic and satisfying throwback. The classic cheeseburger delivered, and the chili cheese tots added a fun twist. It was a great way to break up the Thursday afternoon routine, and a reminder that sometimes, the simplest combinations are the most delicious.
