Worst service u have seen I was waiting for Uber eats order for 35min

I really don't understand how this location is still in business. They used an inverted drink lid as a side cover. And no it doesn't work.

The GM over there at the Smyrna Popeyes is BEYOND rude. He is disrespectful and unkind to his employees. For a moment i thought that Popeyes was turning around for the better. then the new GM malcom came along and ruined it. this place is one of the worst. i don’t recommend coming here at all!

I have been waiting for the Flounder fish sandwich to return to our Popeyes for a year and finally it is here. I ordered 2 . They did not disappoint they both were hot and delicious. There was nothing and I mean nothing left. Yum!!!

Great advertising on TV for new wings. Went to my local Popeyes and ordered and sat in line and waited and by the time I finally got up to the window they told me it would be a 10 minute wait on the wings and did I want to wait. This should be something they should be aware of and when I ordered, I should have been told that they were not ready or that there would be such a wait. This is the second time I’ve had this happen to me at this location. If they are going to highly advertise a product, they need to have it available. Won’t go back.

Stood upfront for 25min after ordering in order to get (most) of my food order… they were out of multiple ingredients (which they didn’t mention until after the transaction!) and it was the dirtiest kitchen environment, surliest attitudes, and most haphazard food handling I’ve seen in a long time… multiple yelling between employees: “pull up your pants!” and then “I don’t have a belt!” *smh* …no ice or fizz in the soda fountain either, most of the staff working didn’t care, only one guy named Parker seemed competent. Never coming here again.

It took nearly 10 minutes of standing at the counter, in view of all the employees, before someone finally took our order. It took around 15 mins for our food to be served. Unfortunately, it was the wrong food, and another lengthy wait ensued. There was no ice in the ice machine. The sodas were just syrup—no carbonation in the machine. Most of the employees seemed ambivalent, unhappy to be there, and to not particularly care about the issues when we asked for help. Parker was the only exception, we’re grateful for his help!

Horrible service. Said it would take 3 to 5 minutes for my food and had me park. Came out 10 to 15 minutes later forgot my drink. Went back to get it and the girl came back and said they where out of coke. Ok tell me that when I order
