Worst sonic experience of my life will never go back to this one came through the stall order was wrong tried to call to explain how I got the wrong order and the so called manager hung up on me and now won’t answer the phone

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my residents with Alzheimer's to recieve a nice treat of milkshakes and it took over 45 minutes to recieve our shakes and all the drive thru orders were receiving their orders first. I was very disappointed with their service. Will not be going back here

When they are not closing early (even after receiving a mobile order), they are quick and attentive.

Rude employees who close your order out 10 min before you get it .ordered a pretzel and cheese only to get home and find a smooshed pretzel and no cheese! So frustrating!
