Sonic Drive-In

Edit: decided to give them another try 6 months after I wrote this initial review, and guess what. They messed up my order. They’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel intelligence-wise with this staff. Original review: The Fortress blvd location is absolutely horrid. The last 3 times I’ve been they’ve messed up our order. The last time we went they managed to mess up something on all 3 meals we ordered, and one item, a cheeseburger with so much Mayo that it was leaking out of the wrapper, was completely inedible. I emailed them, and got an impersonal robotic reply that they could offer me a $5 gift card. So let me get this straight, you mess up $30 worth of food, and you think $5 makes it right? The cheeseburger they messed up costs more than that by itself! So Sonic, you can keep your $5, and I’ll just make sure to never eat at one of your restaurants again.

Website says they close at 11, sign outside says they close at 11. I went by at 10 there was cars in the stall and employees chatting next to the drive through window. They in fact stop service at 10 and turn off the lights at 1030, I don't think a single one of the 10 something cars that pulled in got service and all drove away. Sad.

Super nice waitress

this place sucks so bad. i waited 20 minutes for some tots and mozzarella sticks…. and then the kid on the other side didn’t even kno what we were talkin about let alone what planet he was on. this location sucks so bad and these children can’t take care of this many customers without gettin overwhelmed at the fact that they have that many customers waiting. ridiculous

Was not told that my stall was defective. I placed my order but the machine wouldn't display my order or allow me to pay with my credit card. The order taker ran through my order so fast I had to trust that she got the order correct. The total was $31 and some change. The crook had to take my credit card inside because the machine outside wouldn't work. She didn't give my receipt. But I remember the total was $31. SHE STOLE $4 FROM ME. MY CREDIT CARD HAS $34.72 ON IT!!!! I NO LONGER HAVE THE BAG AND I WISH I DID BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T BE GETTING AWAY WITH CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

Evertime I go here, it seems like the ketchup is worth a million dollars. Asked for it before I ordered, didn't get any. Then pressed the button to ask for some and guess what, didn't get any. This place sucks for service.
