Sonic Drive-In

They charge .59 for a medium water! I ordered 10$ worth of food and they tried to charge me for water! Crooks!!!

Great food. Good service. Friendly carhops. Wonderful choices for ice cream.

We ordered two sonic blasts (so, dairy based) and they were sour. Never had that happen before.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I ordered 2 drinks online parked in a stall, my name came up on the screen when I checked in. After about 5 minutes we got a message that someone was bringing our drinks. We waited another 5 minutes and when no one showed up we pushed the button. I thought that maybe they were understaffed so we waited close to 10 minutes before my partner got out to talk to someone. The person he spoke to first accused him of lying and then when he showed them the receipt in the app they tried to give us 2 drinks they had just sitting on their counter. They then tried making the drinks by running between our phone and the kitchen, they made a mistake on one drink and had to remake it again. At this point the worker was frustrated, we were frustrated, and she then asked us to "just leave". I understand her frustration because they seemed to be understaffed but I don't think it's acceptable to speak to customers that way.

Just got home with my order, and it was not right. I ordered a number 3, and they gave me a number 6 and no receipt to call and talk to someone.

Horrible guest service. Food was made incorrectly, which they blamed us, not the kitchen. When trying to explain what was wrong with the food, the server took it out of my hands to look at it, touching the food and then handing it back. Asked to speak to a manager, which we were told doesn't speak English and wouldn't come out to talk to us. They wouldn't correct the food order or refund the money. This place has gone beyond downhill.
