Past 2 times I’ve ordered mobile I’ve waited for my food for 20-25 minutes then ended up having to wait in the drive thru to get it. No apology or anything. I get places are short staffed and it’s not their fault but they should at least have the courtesy to let their customers know.
Service is usually the biggest issue. Food is usually okay for fast food. Took 54 minutes to get a drink and fries.
Good onion rings but ask for them to cook them fresh
Got into the drive thru at 12:30am, and waited over half an hour to be told they were closed. We were the third car in line and they chose not to take the second car in lines order just so that they wouldn't have to make their food, our food, or the 3 cars food that were behind us. They had ample room to take the 2nd cars order, our order, and then to have a 4th pulled up to the order window WELL before close. 0 star experience from a 0 star establishment. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired and I pray that asamy people as possible see this and chose to go to anywhere else for food.
