Sonic Drive-In

Terrible service, the lady taking the order didn’t even get the order correct at all. Asked for a refund and got nothing but disrespect. Paco was the lead on duty when I mentioned that a little pride in people’s work ethic goes a long way he smirked and slammed the window closed. Sad to see a used to be well run establishment go down the drain so quickly.

Pulled up and there was only one car in the drive through and I pulled up to a spot and ordered a bag of ice. Then a car pulled up next to me and ordered. I watched them put the bag of ice on the rack and then went to making the other order. Let the ice sit there and delivered the drinks to the car that pulled up after us. The guy went back in and grabbed the ice but then started talking to the other employee. Ridiculous wait for a bag of ice… Horrible service

Always fast and friendly service!!

Took 3 attempts to get our order right. No one even apologized for the errors.

Food was hard and over cooked!
