I’ve visited this location frequently, and I’ve never had an issues with service or my smoothies. However, today I ordered a small smoothie and thought it sounded like a little much. The costs of everything has gone up so I initially just paid (Apple Pay)and let it go. I did ask for my receipt and noticed that the woman behind the counter tipped herself. So I asked why did she do that, and she told me that she didn’t and that I must have did that myself. I never touched a screen since I did tap to pay.. I asked if I could speak to a manager- however she was one. So there was no solution, but just wanted others to be aware. I’m not against tipping, but we should definitely have a say in how much we too and to whom/what services etc.
