My visit to Smoothie King was a letdown, especially since it was my first time at that particular location. I've had amazing experiences at other ones. From the moment I walked in, Tracy, one of the employees, seemed to have a sour attitude at the cash register. No greeting, just stared at me. She made a big fuss over a simple fruit substitution, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I personally didn't mind if I wasn't able to do it or had to pay extra, it was her approach that was rude. She literally was like she wont do it because measurements will be off and did it with a nasty attitude, I really felt for the other worker, especially the one who actually made my smoothie bowl. She was pleasant and efficient, Tracy can take some tips. It's a shame because I wanted to enjoy my Smoothie King experience, but Tracy's attitude soured it for me. Sadly, I won't be giving this location another chance anytime soon.
Great staff! Shawn and staff made sure we got our smoothies in a matter of minutes! Always refreshing!
Went to smoothie king before a long training day . Was greeted by Shawn and Isabella who were very refreshing and happy to serve us . Great place !

Visited store to get an Angel food smoothie. Store was clean. Service was great. Emloyee gave great suggestions. Smoothie tasted great. On Friday pay an additional $1 to upsize.
I put a "1" for Sean's service... Why? I buy their 32 oz. Smoothies here almost DAILY (I've spent over $250 in the past 30 days) and I asked for the remainder that was used from the blender that I'm entitled to (since I paid for this). Sean's response was "well we use that for samples" and she said I would need to pay for a cup. So, I went to my car, grabbed my sports bottle and politely resumed to asking for the remainder that I PAID for that was left over in the blender. After Sean poured it, she responded in a sarcastic tone "Happy holidays" and never appreciated me as being their customer or for my business. I'm NOT coming back
*****DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOOTHIE KING**** I visited this store for an ailing loved one and encountered the worse customer service in existence. >They refused to honor a coupon that their store offered. >They refused me a refund. >They made me the wrong smoothie. >They refused to provide me with a manager's name. >They half-filled my cup! The staff was riddled 3 could-care-less flippant employees...so customer beware. All of them were behind the counter more engrossed in their gossip than store cleanliness and customer service. Their attitudes were REALLY bad, and they had no desire to make the situation right. This store should not be operating with no oversight, given the attitude of the people you've hired. This was without question the most horrible and degrading customer service I've ever experienced. It is appalling and horrendous for Smoothie King.
So, Husband stopped in to get him a smoothie and get me a bowl. I ordered the Goji Getway bowl, no coconut, replace with blueberries. When my husband gets home, the bowl was made incorrectly. No granola and no Goji Berries. My bowl was ruined and subpar. This bowl is not cheap and should made properly. If you don't have the ingredients to make what was asked let the customer know.
