This is my second time where I ordered a large smoothie and it was not full to the top the first time this happened. I asked them to add more to it, and I got nothing but attitude, but they still did it the second time just happened again today so I will never come back. It’s ridiculous that you spent $11 on a smoothie and they can’t even fill it up to the top.
Smoothie is fine but customer service is seriously lacking. I don’t know what’s so hard about a simple “good morning” “thank you” or “have a nice day.” Staff acts as if you’re bothering them on their day off or something.
Interesting that the door of the store were closed before the store should be closed. For the managers to know.
We bought the biggest one and wanted to share. They charged us for the cup. They insisted it wasn’t much but if it wasn’t much why not give it to a customer that goes every week. Very stingy. Won’t go back!
Shouting out the entire crew at this location with a long overdue review. I order a smoothie from this location 5-6 times a week because I live right around the corner. After 2 years of major dental surgeries, they’re the best way for me to up my protein intake. I always order online ahead of time, rarely have to wait once I get there. Im a creature of habit so I order the exact same smoothie with the same add ons every time and they’re very consistent. The ladies greet me by name every morning with smiles and are super sweet! With all that said, one major area for improvement is in regards to the company’s rewards program in the app. I’ve never brought this to the attention of the staff at this store bc I know it’s not on them… I redeem a $2 reward almost daily and it always only subtracts $1 from my total so it’s never truly a $2 reward. A free or discounted smoothie every once in a while (one after every so many ordered) would also be nice to see. Other smoothie chains, that don’t even do well with their smoothies, have much better programs
