The service was absolutely awful. The lady was rude and made the açaí bowl terrible because she left it sitting there to go speak to her “amiga”. I used to come here a lot, but it’s my last time coming here because I wasted my money on a watery açaí bowl and she didn’t fill it up all the way.
The asai bowl is delicious!

Got there at 9pm says closes at 10pm the door was locked and they were cleaning up. Update your hours !!
I am a regular customer of this store, but for a few months, the process of my smoothies has never been as usual. Today, for example, the same thing happened to me; I want to know the number of your stores so that I can make a formal complaint and get my money back or give me credit to go to another store. I was stranded with two year old child in front of their store, my car decided to stop working and they were kind enough to give me ice cold water and tell me I can come inside and wait. Anabella was so kind. She gave my son a small smoothie for free because he was hot. Thank God for her compassion. I will definitely be coming here for my smoothies. Great customer service and human compassion.
I walked in I was the only customer there 2 staff members were standing behind the counter no one acknowledged my arrival so I walked up to them I had a cookie in my hand and was reading the ingredients, nutrition etc. One of them pointed to the regester that at that point was about a foot to my right he said I had to go there. I did and proceeded to request my smoothie. He said no u have to go to the other side. I had already said what smoothie I wanted. Another customer arrived one of them walked over to take his order the employee that was in front of me said " I will be back in 5 minutes to take your order" I said excuse me I spent the last 3 minutes explaining my order. I said no thank u I walked out and I will never visit your store again. Your employees need ti be replaced. Good luck
