Terrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t even told my smoothie was ready. Rude employees seriously

As soon as I ordered I realized it was to the wrong store (in a different city) so not even a minute went by when I called the store to cancel my order before they can make it (per the instructions in my receipt) but no one answered. Kept calling every couple of mins and still after multiple calls throughout the day no one answered. I called every day for the next 3 days to get a refund but no one answered. I reached out to guest services and they couldn't get a hold of anyone either!!! I've been trying to get compensated via refund or credit by guest services since this store won't answer to anyone. It's now Dec 27 and I have been trying to get a resolution since Dec 4 with no luck. Truly awful store and company. Have no problem just taking your money.

I live in Liberty Hill and I will travel past three Smoothie Kings to order at the location near Sam’s club off Research Blvd. The servers take their time and the taste is 100 times better than the other locations.

When you say no almonds, prepare for an allergic reaction. Oh and with a side of hair.

I just left this location, it's 730am on March 27th, 2023. I usually have issues with my smoothie coming out the way I like, but today my smoothies is delicious. I don't like banana, so I like extra strawberries instead in my strawberry Hulk. I also ask for extra peanut butter. Most of the time, there's banana and hardly any peanut butter in my drink. Today, my smoothie is delicious and exactly the way I want it to taste. I don't remember the guy's name, but he did wonderful. I will always choose this location, even when it's out of my way (like today). Thanks again.
