Update - management has changed here. I saw a sign promoting that when I was at a business next door. Decided to give them a try and wow, what a total turnaround. Really proves my point that this was a toxic franchise. I'm glad someone who doesn't deserve to run a business is gone, that's very satisfying. I'm now ordering here about once a week and haven't had an issue. I do highly recommend ordering ahead of time, either through the app or on google. That way you have a record if your smoothie was not made in a timely way. Thank you SK for finally listening, it only took 3 years for you to do something but I'm very glad you did. Previous review... Locks their doors and forces customers to drive thru. Ordered thru the app, and 20+ min later they still didn't have my order even pulled up, and the guy behind the corner swore at me under his breath. When I got upset, they promised to refund me and never did. Gave them too many chances, so getting cussed at really bothered me more than it should. I should have just stopped going there sooner. I'm always in a hurry and hypothetically a smoothie is quick, but not at this or several other SK locations.

Went this evening, the people were pleasant. Ordered 2 smoothies and they got one of them wrong. Just wondering how the workers process what they hear. ( or think that they hear) Parking: Depends on the time of day.

Mannn their smoothies neverrrr taste right: never sweet enough. I got extra peanut butter yesterday and it made the smoothie sooooo salty. But I don’t have this problem at other smoothie kings idk what it is about this one. Service isn’t bad though just the quality of the smoothies.

It’s always something with this SK. Just walked over to get a smoothie and the door is locked cause they’re “too busy.” There was literally one car in the drive through when I passed the first time. She was telling me to drive around and I explained I walked so I had to walk to the drive through and the only options after were to make a mobile order or walk to the speaker. It’s businesses like this that pick and choose how they want to operate on a particular day that I find hard to support. The smoothies are good and the people are overtly rude, but the leader girl made always seems defensive and like she is “on-go” when I point out this stuff. They don’t give samples either and that is a red flag. I hate to decrease my patronage because it’s so close to my office, but I can’t keep going through the motions with them.

The Cascade location has been my go-to drive-thru smoothie spot since the new manager has taken over! The customer service is amazing, and they provide consistent quality products! I highly recommend the Cascade or Camp Creek location.

Disgusting!! Asked for no sugar, got the sweetest smoothie my taste buds ever encountered. The lady didn’t want to make it over, Customer super ZERO. The remade smoothie taste like mud. Trash!!!!! Do NOT Come here. BELIEVE the reviews

Terrible service they don't have a manager they say but the wait is to long in the drive thru and they are always out of stock . Definitely the worst I've visited .We have to do better regardless of location

This is one of the worst smoothie Kings you can go to. The service there is horrible. The workers seem to have an attitude and talk to you real crazy. The food is ok but the service and professionalism is God awful.

I had given up on this location, but stopped on a whim. It is under new management apparently because everyone was friendly, they got my order right, and I didn't have to wait the usual 30 minutes. I have to make a trip back in the next few days to make sure it wasn't all a mirage cause this was truly the exact opposite of the experience I had a few months ago. I even got some good suggestions from the shift manager on changing up my regular order. I'm totally impressed. Fingers-crossed the new management stays consistent cause I'm ready to go back to being a regular! LOL
