A gourmet sweet shop that specializes in cupcakes and cakes! I’ve driven by Smallcajes so many times and finally stopped by to give them a try! Atmosphere: The shop has a seating area, tables with different items for sale, and the display of sweets! Service: The lady at the counter was very nice and gave me time to decide on what I was wanting! Menu items: I got their seasonal Lucky Charms Smallcake that they had for St. Patty’s and a cannoli! The smallcake was unique and tasted like a Publix birthday cake. The cannoli was easy to bite into and had great presentation! They serve so many different unique flavors of small cakes in addition to ice cream, petite fours, cannolis, cookies, and custom cakes!
Vegetarian options: The coconut cake was a hit! For the whole non gluten free non vegan office!!!!
Way overpriced and lady that works there was very rude
Cupcakes so good you can’t even get a picture! Love this company.
Always a WONDERFUL experience!! Best cupcakes and service!!
I cannot express how pleased I am with Small Cakes Pensacola. Every step of the way, from communication to delivery of exactly what I requested for the preorder, has been beyond satisfying. I wholeheartedly recommend ordering from them!
While the date and order was met, I had to return to the store because the cake was not even designed yet. They asked for me to return which was no problem, but I was extremely disappointed in what I received for a sweet 16 birthday party. My daughters birthday is tomorrow and all I want to do is donate her cake to an old folks home. I allowed the cake builder to use creative freedom as I am not a cake builder and I got the absolute most generic and embarrassing cake, I feel like I went to Publix. The 16 on the cake was backwards and they used cloth flowers (which can’t be healthy because there is no way to sterilize them) I am not pleased and I will never use them again nor will I refer them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because at least there’s a cake and cupcakes. $300 down the drain. I wish I could post a picture. Lesson learned. Hopefully Smallcakes makes it right.
