Honestly disappointed after I saw the reviews. The broth was quite insipid and the meats weren't seasoned well and therefore were also lacking in flavor.
Broth is good. Gotta try the Wagyu
Food was amazing, wife and family all had pho, I gave the Banh Mi a go, and it did not disappoint. Tried it with the pork and the buns with the lemon pepper beef, both were great. The Banh Mi had great bread that was true to form and not so hard that it would break your teeth (like many Banh Mis). Highly recommend this spot, parking can be a little tricky so, recommend looping around the building and parking on the street if needed.
I had a wonderful experience at Sip Pho. The waitress that help with our order was super friendly. Her way of pronouncing "bún bò" was on point and made me smile. She suggested various additional toppings/ingredients that I could order for my bún bò such as shrimp paste, chilli oil, beef rib, etc. Shrimp paste elevates the broth but it has strong aroma. If this is your first time, I would suggest putting just a but in your broth to try.
the pho noodles are extra thick and better than most places methinks. there is a nice outside covered patio type area and it is quite pleasant, although there was unknown water from the next door parking lot coming into the patio but we were not bothered and it did not impact our dining experience. my friend is hurt because he ate too much because it was so good and he had to lie down afterwards and was quite sleepy.
The whole interior is really nice, I had bun bo hue and it was the best bun bo hue I've had ever! The staff was really accommodating and nice as well :)
It wasn’t terrible it was just meh. The taste is not as good as Pho Pong Luu. The Pho left a strange aftertaste in my mouth like the broth might have been store bought or something.
