Sidelines Sports Bar and Restaurant

It was amazing; my family and I got there at the beginning of happy hour and there was no wait. My husband and son got the barbecue bacon burger and all the food tasted delicious.

The place was great and the butter was the best, the only problem was that the butter wasn’t a side so I had to order it separately.

I want to like this place but we’ve gotten takeout twice now and both times our food has been cold. This last time they mentioned 20 minutes and it was 45 mins later. It wasn’t that busy as it was mid afternoon so I’m not sure what the issue was. After getting the food, took a 2 min walk to the car and they had this note on the food. Not sure if it’s standard that they put this on all to go orders but I think everyone knows food isn’t as good if it’s been sitting a while so I think they put it on there knowing it had been sitting there a while. My burger and onion rings were cold and it definitely was well-done, not medium rare like I asked. We got 3 different flavors of wings and they were room temp. Again, the nachos were cold and the chips were soggy so I know they had been sitting there, unless they serve soggy chips. I think the food was ready on time but had been sitting for 15-25 minutes. Not sure why the servers or cooks didn’t mention anything after seeing the food there for a while. The front staff were talking with each other so preoccupied. As a local, I want to support this establishment but I don’t know if I can justify going for a 3rd time. Parking: Minimal parking available

The burgers were FIRE!!! The fries need work, and the French dip was way too small. We loved the menu though and look forward to visiting again. Vegetarian options: Impossible burger substitute.

0/10 would not recommend. Food was terrible. Nachos were basically cement and inedible. Wings were drowning in grease. And the service. Omg. I understand being busy. I work in service industry. But our server was awful. Not helpful at all. Super rude when she tried to give someone in our party the wrong order and it was pointed out. And we all ordered at the same time except one person who needed more time and she never came back to check. Brough out everyone else’s food and we had to remind her that one she never got the other persons order.

I like this place and the food but I was really disappointed with the service I received tonight. My wife and I were trying to be patient, knowing it was busy but our waitress wasn’t very attentive with us. Whenever we were trying to get her attention I patiently waited while I watched her joking with her colleagues, occasionally giving them the middle finger. My wife had to interrupt her conversation just to get our bill. I hope my experience is better if I ever come back but I hope next time I do Margeaux(that was the name on the receipt she never introduced herself to us)is better trained at customer service.
