After many years of living in Sacramento, we finally found the” “jewel” of a fine Thai restaurant ! We grew up in Asia & my wife is very picky when it comes to taste of food. She (and I) both agree Siam restaurant is so far one of the best authentic Thai food ever. This was our first visit here (definitely not our last !). Went there just to try out the dishes. We were waited by V, who was very pleasant, attentive, and accommodating. He mentioned about the 4 level of spiciness-we picked Thai -Hot (spiciest of all) The fried rice & basil chicken that we ordered was perfectly cooked to our liking with exact level of spiciness and was absolutely delicious. Best of all, the portion was so big good enough for 3 or more people, had to ask for to-go boxes! Overall it was an incredibly excellent dining experience. We strongly recommend that you give Siam a try if you’re craving for Thai food that’s reasonably priced!
Sacramento has many food options...I grew up in Hollister California...and it's hard to find different food culture I grew up on Mexican food..I order the cucumber salad and yellow chicken curry soup with a side of rice delicious.and had a singha Thai beer ..I will be coming back
I last visited this restaurant 35+ years ago, my Wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how well they're still preparing their meals. We will for sure be visiting again. I highly recommend you give them a try.
My mother was from Thailand and she loved this restaurant. The food and customer serve is great! So good!
This place is a hidden gem! I had the chicken pad Thai medium spice, and it was probably the best I have ever had! The customer service was 5 star! I ate in the restaurant and was a bit nervous, because when I walked in, I was the only one there but I was really pleased with this place. The atmosphere is really nice, not like super fancy but nice for a family dinner or casual bite to eat with friends. The food is not only great, but also decently priced. My pad Thai was just a little over $10 and the portion size was great! I'm picky with my Thai food, but this place definitely blew me away, it will be a new favorite for sure. Parking: The restaurant has its own parking but it's somewhat limited, however I was able to find parking when I went Sunday afternoon so and there is parking available next door if it ever gets too filled.
the best food I ever ate ! The service was wonderful & the food was amazing. I can't believe how good this is, I totally recommend this place ! it's also very quiet & the music is calm and peaceful. The restaurant itself was very clean, just a very great place to take your family and friends to eat.
First time there and was surprised how nice it was.
