I usually come to shushus because i always liked the food but I recently went I saw they did renovations & raised prices on the food, I ate my food but later when I got home I started throwing up and got food poisoning it was the worst.
Nice little spot! Fresh ingredients and attentive service. It felt very comfortable, I had an issue with one of my dishes and they promptly corrected it. I tried the edamame, wonton soup and sesame chicken. My brother had the sesame shrimp. I appreciate the experience and will definitely be back.
The friendly lady who works here recommended the fried rice (the best around) and I agree! I'm glad I got it cause it was delicious! Asked for soy sauce but didn't have to use it cause the rice was very flavorful. The portion sizes are really big but it was worth the price you pay. The pepper steak I got was the best I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant. Will definitely be back!
So glad we decided to try this place on a Sunday afternoon! The owners were very courteous and provided great service. I ordered the teriyaki veggies with sesame chicken, hubs ordered dragon noodles and daughter ordered lo mein. Everything came out in a timely manner and was hot and freshly prepared. Very fresh, flavorful and delicious! We will be coming back for sure to try more items. Update: 10/16/22 The service is still excellent and the food is still hot, fresh and delicious! You could tell they put a lot of love in their food. The portions are the perfect size. Today, I got my favorite teriyaki chicken, my daughter got the sesame chicken and my husband got extra crunchy tofu General Tso's w/ lo mein. We also got eggrolls on the side and they were amazing with fresh veggies and chicken. I hope Shu Shu is around for a long time and they keep making this great food for the soul ♥️
For years this was my go to place for fantastic takeout. I've since moved down south, and have yet to find a replacement, so whenever I'm back in the area I am sure to stop by!
Love this place they never disappoint. Ordered the lettuce wraps which is the reason we go in the first place. As always they were delicious we also ordered sesame chicken which was also extremely delicious. The only thing that wasn't so good was the stale fortune cookie. The people were nice as always. All in all it was a pleasant visit.
What a lovely place. The lady at the counter was so sweet and explained everything to us beautifully. She was incredibly helpful and kind. All the food came in huge portion sizes and tasted great. The lo mein was a little bland and had a weird smell (like old noodle smell), but tasted good. The sesame chicken and crab wontons were really good. Overall, great place.
