Absolutely worth the money!
A good deal on decent sushi
If you're looking for an affordable yet tasty sushi, this is your place. It's not fancy, you won't get an orchid on your plate, In fact, your plate will be paper, but the service was fast and the food was delicious. It can be a little cold in the winter time due to the nature of the building & placement of the door to the tables.
Great all you can eat sushi place!
This used to be my favorite sushi spot near me. I remember having a previously disappointing experience a few years ago with their food, so I searched and found another go-to to replace my sushi craving spot. Today, I thought to try their food again to see if my past experience was a one-off. Unfortunately no, it wasn't. First off, the worst crime of them all for a sushi restaurant: wasabi packets. That's what I expect when I buy sushi at a grocery store, not from a restaurant making fresh sushi. Wasabi packet contents usually have way too much salt to be tasty on restaurant sushi, so it ruined the flavors instantly. If I'm spending $60+ on sushi, I do not want wasabi packets. To me, that is a terrible shortcut. The dragon roll I ordered was way too sweet. I couldn't actually eat it all. Which was also disappointing, since that was the most expensive roll I ordered. Overall, I probably will not be ordering again from them. I'll stick to the good memories I had when I first tried their food and move on elsewhere.
One of the best places in Hyde Park, do try there Takoyaki and Bento Boxes. Teriyaki's are a good deal here. They have special cheaper(~$18) All you can eat Sushi during lunch hours. Definitely worth it.
