An American style IPA brewed with a single variety of hop and a simple American grown grain bill allowing the hop to be “front and center”. The real star of this ale is the Mosaic hop which gives off a complex array of tropical fruit, pineapple, herbal and earthy characteristics. Much of the hop was used late in the boil preserving all the character of the hop without going over the top on bitterness. 65 IBUs, 8% ABV

A traditional German style lager; amber in color; slightly sweet with a crisp hop bitterness. This beer is the celebrated style of the Munich Oktoberfest, the largest public festival in the world. 22 IBUs, ABV 5.5%

Jonesing for Java is an English-Style robust imperial porter infused with a proprietary coffee blend developed and roasted at Fort Wayne's own Old Crown Coffee Roasters. This MadBrew features a deep chocolate quality and satisfying earthy notes with a delicious coffee kick. 30 IBUs, ABV 8%

MABC Porter is an English style robust porter with a distinctive chocolate flavor and medium UK hop bitterness for balance. 30 IBU, ABV 5.8%

Our collaboration with Rudy’s Shop. Rudy’s Reserva is a rich amber ale brewed with 3 British Malts. It has a medium body and is lightly bittered with Fuggle hops. The beer was then aged on fire toasted oak and Old Crown coffee beans giving it a very complex rich, malty profile with hints of vanilla, chocolate, smoke and coffee. 18 IBUs, ABV 4.5%

Seattle Amber is our interpretation of one of the widely distributed craft beers from the early 1990’s that was one of our Brewer’s (the old one) favorite craft beers before craft breweries began to explode. This amber ale is brewed with quintessential American ingredients including pale ale malts, caramel malts and balanced with a medium dose of hops originating from the Willamette Valley on the west coast. We used a “clean” American yeast which contributes a nice fruity character and lets the ingredients shine. 28 IBUs / 5.9% ABV
