Not sure if it was just a swing & a miss type day here. But the Pork Tin Can Fries dish, which is a really unique & potentially an awesome concoction, was an epic fail. The fries were woefully undercooked to the point that they were pretty much inedible. Pedestrian effort by the cooking staff at best.

After working in their kitchen for 3 hours I was rewarded with an incomplete meal that I ordered to go. Everyone was friendly and the food was good, but I was shorted nearly half of my $20 meal

The Tin Can fries are just so much fun, what an idea!! Also, very tasty! I was really impressed with their dry rub wings too.
