The past 3 times I came here, they did not have boba. It’s pretty frustrating that they aren’t constantly making boba. I even called to make sure they had some & when i showed up they didn’t have enough.

Usually, sherity is awesome but I went in and ordered my drink the coffee with ice cream. And they handed me some strawberry looking thing and I. Said I'm sorry this is not what I ordered. And the boy seemed very put off and became rude...... They made me my drink with no problem but at no time. Did I say strawberry or anything like it? So I'm not sure why they were so put out by making the wrong drink. I prefer the charity and Westminster. They know my drink before I even walk through the door and they're always super nice

Edit: After seeing the response from the store, I would like to add more information. There were definitely more than just two people there. At the time we walked in, there were three people behind the counter making drinks. Also, it’s not just the fact that it took awhile to get our drinks, it’s that there were people who ordered after us who got more drinks and received their orders before I received mine. Also in the reply to the review, they mention nothing about the problems with the quality of the drinks I received, which really goes to show that they don’t care about what they’re serving to people. As a customer, if the quality of the products I received was amazing, then none of the staffing issues or wait time issues would have been a problem. I wish I was able to get the same good experience as a lot of other people on here, but unfortunately I did not. The first thing that was an issue was the wait time. When we had ordered, we were the only people that had been waiting for drinks as everyone else had gotten theirs and left. There were a couple people that came in after us and ordered and got their drinks before we had gotten our two drinks. Basic coffee milk tea and milk tea drinks, at that. We waited around 15 minutes. Then, when we had gotten our drinks, we tried them and they just weren’t that good. My coffee milk tea tasted more like stale black tea with just a splash of coffee. I paid an extra 75 cents for the brown sugar sauce, which I didn’t even get. I also paid 75 cents extra for boba pearls and the boba pearls tasted undercooked. They were hard and powdery in the middle. Very disappointing to be spending just over $15 on two boba drinks that were of no good quality.

I got amazing drinks! I like how I can customize the sugar level. The place was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Overall the drinks are good but I'd say is 50/50 whether they have tapioca balls or not.
