Update your hours so people don’t drive to you two hours before closing just for you to be closed early.
The atmosphere is dead. Literally. No more on-line ordering. No answering of phone. Just dove by at 7 on a Monday night. All lights are off. Pretty sure place is permanently closed which sucks cause the meat calzone was delicious.
Went to pick up a few slices & salad... Couldn't open the door. There was a sign that said 'pull door hard'. I did; no.cigar. There were people in there so not sure what the hay in the middle of the barn...
While we really like their pizza. I recommend you NOT order the lasagna. You might as well order a bowl of melted mozzarella with a piece of lasagna noodle and marinera sauce. After 2 of us split one order, there was still 3/4 of the dish left that was inedible.
The food is very delicious, and the staff is friendly. Prices are affordable.
It's been a tradition to come to this pizza place with my father for over 10 years. Sad to say we will never be back again. Last two times we've visited the experience has been awful. The last time, we were served a pizza with several slices missing. When asked, they said they had accidentally dropped it and lost a few slices. I get that mistakes happen so we gave them another shot tonight. This time was an absolute disaster. Moments after we got in, they brought us someone else's order. We told them immediately and they got it to the table next to us. There were a total of 4 tables occupied. Shouldn't be very hard to keep track of with that little going on. Our pizza arrived BURNT to hell. Half of it had black crust and the onions were black as well. They apologized and told us it was on the house. Why not apologize and remake the pizza instead? You think it's ok to serve customers ruined food? They also completely forgot about the pasta we had ordered. When asked, they said they hadn't. Then came back 5 min later saying oops we thought that was part of a to go order and it's cold now. We'll remake it. At that point we told them not to bother. This place used to be amazing. Very few places serve breaded and fried eggplant out here. It was very comparable with the types of places you'd find all over New York and New Jersey. Now it's unfortunately been reduced to absolute garbage thanks to incompetent staff. RIP lil Ricci's.
