Shake Shack The Fashion Mall at Keystone

I tried this for the first time. I tried the chicken sandwich and strawberry shake. They were both really good. I would definitely eat it again.

Same great shake shack you would expect. Edit. They never use the text when it’s ready service, so if you’re outside of the restaurant in the food court, your food just sits there forever. Don’t trust it.

The burger was greasy. My daughter commented on the burger being small. The frozen hot chocolate drink was good. My daughter said we would go back for the fries and drink. I'd have to agree.

Great service! Every time i come in im greeted by workers & since i work in the mall the cooks actually know what exactly im ordering so thats always pretty nice and cool. I would definitely recommend this location in keystone crossing to anybody who’s never been there.

Always love coming here. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the half the kiosks on-it’s probably to help with order accuracy so the kitchen isn’t overwhelmed.

Kid-friendliness: Nice to everyone

Burgers are pretty mid. Not a lot of flavor, but it’s food. Cheese on cheese fries did not taste like anything. Pretty disappointed because everyone said it was great. Fries were good.

I usually order from this place often and never have an issue, but today I got a shroom burger and it had no cheese at first I thought I was tripping and I showed the manager and he got me right, by making a new sandwich immediately- staff was super friendly and quick. I highly recommended a quick stop for food here!! Shoutout Manager Albert!
