4.5 stars for a restaurant of its kind

The food is a bit overrated. It's expensive for what you get. I don't mind paying at all but TOO me it's overpriced.

I went in 30 mins before closing and that was a waste of money! I spent over $70 and tipped. Four chicken sandwiches , one double burger, one hamburger, three fries and one cheese/bacon fries. The fries were cold! Had to get a refund and the excuse from the manager was that is how it is when you order food when restaurant is about to close. The cheese fries were a joke a not even a sprinkle of bacon for $7! The burgers had no type of seasoning at all! The one start is for the patient overworked cashier that took my order! Oh, and both my daughters order shacks. They were decent! I don’t recommend at all!

I respect the business model & the organization of this place. Well done.

Disappointed in food portions with high prices.Chicken sandwich was half size little lean n other half greasy hard fried cracked skin to crumble in my mouth. Drink was OK. Cheese fries, a tiny portion perhaps a child's size bacon for fries a few crumbs. The meal was not worth $20. Plus dollars. I longed to go there, n now never again. It also seems like a young people's hang out for fun. That would be fine but not fare as a customer rip off. I should have asked for my money back.

Host/ manager was very helpful and made sure we were good and didn't need any sauces or additional items. Thank you for amazing service and thank you line cooks and shake maker for good food!
