Seabirds is one of the best restaurants in OC, vegan or otherwise. On this particular trip, I took two close friends (neither of whom are vegan), and they were absolutely blown away by the quality and taste of the food. The atmosphere/comfort of the restaurant leaves a little to be desired, but I’ve eaten ~10 different things on the menu and they were ALL 5-star quality. I can’t recommend Seabirds enough, and I’m so grateful to the friend who originally took me to this gem.

The butternut enchiladas and BBQ burger were very delicious! Great customer service and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Our experience was okay. The service was fine and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was pleasant. The food was a little disappointing though to be honest. We ordered the burger after being told it was voted one of the best plant-based burgers in the country. It was tasty for sure, but not that remarkable in my opinion. The portion size was also quite small for $20. Would maybe return if in the area again, but wouldn’t go out of my way to.
