We were the only ones in the store and no one was in the drive thru. We waited a while before anyone came to the front and then half an hour before I asked where our food was at. As soon as I brought it up it took less than 5 minutes for them to bring out our food. They offered us a cookie as consolation but refused a refund. They were skimpy on the lettuce so much so that I had to look around for it on my sandwich. We payed $30 for two meals and not fast service. When the cashier was apologizing I asked her why she didn't check on us after seeing we had been there for a while and she said this is fast food not waitressing.

They are extremely slow, especially in the drive thru. Many times they don't have Cinnabons available.

I ordered the original deluxe and couldn't eat it. It was dripping oil/fat. It didn't look good; it didn't taste good. Service was slow and not attentive.

I have always been a fan of Schlotsky’s but this place is absolutely disgusting. We paid $18.00 for 2 sandwiches that were not edible. The entire sandwiches were dripping with grease/oil which made the bread soggy. Don’t understand what they are doing but it isn’t good. Will NEVER go back here!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Just spent $ 31.00 for my wife and I and the sandwiches had little to nothing on them. If we put both of the meats together it would have been like it used to be. Now they are no better tan subway all bread and nothing else. Never again lost this customer.

I've been here two times ever. Once last year was horrible. Now I heard there was a staff change, so I gave them another shot. Let me just say for a $10, what I got wasn't barely edible. I asked for a dip melt with no onions. What I got was a rock hard sandwich with little meat, covered in onions and no dipping sauce...which remember I ordered a DIP sandwich. The kicker was when I picked it up there wasn't a single customer there inside or out, and they still didn't bother to actually read what I had ordered. Please just close down so we can get a good restaurant where you are! Management should be ashamed.

All 3 times I have made the grave mistake of coming here I said would be the last. This time I am for sure sticking with that. Each time they are painfully painfully slow. Even when there’s nobody else in the drive through or in the dining room. They make a mistake on your sandwich so the already long wait gets longer. The positive is the inside is fairly clean. Stay away from this place if you can! This place needs strong management, the manager clearly isn’t doing anything right.

As an ex-employee, I can confidently say that the owner does not care. About anything. He let us use bread that’s been left out at room temp from the previous week. Moldy or not. He consistently tries to use less and less food on orders to save more money. Worst of all, we don’t clean. We don’t sweep. There ARE roaches everywhere, and we don’t even clean the lines (where all the food is stored). There IS moldy cheese, moldy meats, moldy everything. They haven’t passed a health inspection in years. Please, for your own well-being, do not eat here.

This is a brand spanking new place, and folks, it's WONDERFUL! The original sandwich is just the best and the old-fashioned bottle of coke was the best. The staff and service were very quick, and the food was hot and fresh and the toasted sandwich was great . I'm so glad we stopped ✋️ in for a quick bite to eat and I encourage you to do the same.. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!
