Liked their beef liver, though not really seasoned. But just the fact it was available, surprised me
Fried chicken tasted old and dry (dark meat). Sides (Mac n cheese and corn casserole) were ok.
The Country Fried Steak with Gravy was absolutely delicious very tender.
One of the best meat and 2 veggies plate in town. Although I would recommend the veggies plate due to the great selection to choose from. It's giving good old country cooking served with a smile, reasonable priced and large portion sizes...just enough to satisfy a southern appetite. I had country fried steak with gravy and mash potatoes, lima beans, squash casserole and macaroni and cheese.
