Was kinda hard to find. Its on the third floor of a mall plaza. Food was good, i find everything we ordered on the salty side. Our server was great and attentive.
Some of the dishes were outstanding (deep fried tuna rolls; Brussels sprouts and fish sautéed in butter - forget the name). The rest were okay. Take advantage of the happy hour (50% off most dishes) on Sunday and Mondays, however be prepared for mandatory 20% grats, which makes it 30% off.
Incredible, get there before 5:30 on Sunday or Monday for 1/2 off. You should get there around 4 pm because the line forms fast.
Maybe the best place for sushi in Honolulu! 50% off early bird deals on Sunday and Monday!
It’s not the same Sansei. I guess they let go of all their kitchen staff and have all new staff. It’s not the same. I will give it another try. Maybe they have worked out the kinks.
They gave me a refill even though I was not supposed to get it
What happened to Sansei?? Every aspect of this visit was poor. The location is great, especially during sunset, and the potential is very high. But during our last visit on Jan 3, every part of the dining experience was terrible, especially the service. We had sushi, and the quality has gone down. When I walked up to the person at the hosting stand of the restaurant and asked to see a manager, no one ever came to my table and the service never improved. This place is off my list of places to eat. Sad! Previous Review: Enjoyable family outing, but flavorless sushi. Good service, fresh ingredients, great view if you sit outside facing the ocean. However, sushi is mediocre at best. Little flavor, and some rolls were too spicy with too much mayonnaise.
thanksgiving day special menu가 있었음. 무난하게 맛있었다. 두부요리가 생각보다 넘 좋았음.
