Sandella's Flatbread Cafe

It serves its purpose, but overall its meh. Good for getting food on the go I guess

Got food poisoning from here, and I know it was food poisoning because every person who ate with me also got badly sick within 4 hours of eating here. The food was mediocre at best

I mean yeah, the service was inconsistent, most of the menu items were Garbo or overpriced, they closed at 6pm which doesn't make sense for a restaurant, and unless you used a meal plan you really shouldn't have gone here. But honestly me and every friend I've spoken to misses this place as another solid freshman experience. The buffalo chicken panini and Brazilian flatbreads allowed many students the opportunity to use their meal swipes according to their mandatory meal plan without the commitment of going to the cafeteria and I truly hope this place returns.

I like the food and the workers do amazing, but they are way understaffed and it takes forever. Also I’m a working college student and I eat on the go a lot. I like sandella’s and their paninis are really easy to eat quickly. Lately however, they won’t fix my panini as a panini, they always give it to me as a burrito. I don’t want a burrito and it’s super messy. There’s so much bread, they don’t wrap it tightly so it falls apart, and they put so much sauce on it the it literally pours out sometimes. I have to sit in my car with the bag on my lap with napkins all over me to keep from getting it on my work clothes.

Despite being one of the few dining options at UAH, I now make a deliberate point to ignore it. Most of the time the order is wrong. One time the lady there charged the wrong account and then told me that I'm "just going to have to deal with it." Horrible service, rude staff. You may end up waiting for a very long time for food you did not order, that was not prepared property. Extremely disappointing, especially since there are few alternatives for students. This store is in business only because students have no other choice. Avoid at all costs.

The workers are so rude, especially nearing closing time. They care nothing for their customers or offering reasonable service. Definitely stick to the Charger Cafe if you're in that area of campus.

Worst place I have ever eaten. The people are rude. My food took 20 mins and all I ordered was a flat bread with cheese. How complicated could that possibly be apparently to complicated for them. I will never eat here again.
