Salata

I am absolutely disgusted and disturbed. I went Salata Madison Yards location yesterday afternoon and I ordered a chicken salad. I took my salad to-go. I sat in my car and ate more than a few bites, only to discover the chicken was uncooked (raw). After walking back into the establishment, I alerted the staff and they assured me the manager, who was out, would be reaching out to me before and of day to issue me a refund. The manager did not reach out and when I called today, the staff told me the manager was still not there. I am disappointed as I do come to this salata location often. I will not be returning due to poor customer service.

I’ve ordered pick up multiple times with the restaurant, and multiple times the orders have taken more than 30 minutes past the time promised. The employees will stare at you in the face, and act like they can’t be bothered. The energy here with the workers is so negative it’s better to not even have them make your food. If you must come here, it’s actually faster to just wait in line, instead of ordering ahead.

This was my first time and I was not disappointed. The salad was fresh and the spicy chicken was excellent.

I love Salata but tonight (Jan. 2, 2024),a young lady ask a customer to repeat themselves several times and proceeded to tell the customer that he needed to speak louder with a negative tone. She had air pod in her ear!!!! I guess she didn’t realize that she is in the customer service industry. I told her that her approach was wrong, she did not apologize and continued with her attitude.

I just left salata kitchen salad on Dec 12,2023 at 5:35 pm when I tell you they salad is the best ever & there customer service are #1 & The general manager she was such a very helpful person with a beautiful smile. Thank you salata kitchen for your great customer service
