Salar is a long time favorite of mine in the Oregon district. Food is always on point, drinks are creative and delicious and the staff are amazing - friendly, courteous, helpful. Always a wonderful experience here!
Parking: Paid parking lots are on the west end and middle north end of the Oregon district. Parking is free until 4pm. Very short walk to Salar from either. You can parallel park along the back streets when it's less busy but not always a spot available and they can be tight.
Great food and cool location. Would definitely eat here again
My husband and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary here and it was absolutely exceptional! The atmosphere was so welcoming and decorated for Halloween which was cool and cute , the food was so amazing . We will definitely be returning, thankyou for a wonderful meal and evening !
Edit 2023. Came back, every issue I had originally is gone, great place. Will be back. Took my daughter there on a "date" and we had a lovely time. Also, Sarah is the most lovely human I've ever met.
I had lamb. It was good, but honestly for the price you pay you can make it yourself or get it someplace else and save yourself the money. This place charges like they have something special but I didnt see it. The dishes weren't creative and the quality and care was just ok. 3 stars
Went here for our anniversary dinner. The meals were well prepared and tasted amazing. The price was not bad for the atmosphere of a higher end restaurant. Our waitress was very informative and met our needs. We would recommend for casual dining.
I was excited to try Peruvian food in ohio. The place is clean and looks good. But the menu is far from been authentic Peruvian food. They are lacking for some key ingredients to make real Peruvian dishes. But most important they are lacking chefs that understand how to make a real Peruvian cheviche, or a lomo saltado without french fries that are frozen fries ♂️
