SAJJ Mediterranean

Tonight we had our first meal from here (take out), and it was truly impressive. The restaurant is really clean- in envying the major appliances, I couldn't help but notice the spotlessness. The seating area is quaint, perhaps slightly nicer in overall quality (seats and tables) than the usual quick-service joints out there. The food was amazing. The mix of all the various "courses" in the take-home trays was superbly refreshing. Then, the flavors rocked our mouths like our favorite guitar solos. The service was excellent- the server was very patient with we newbs. Unfortunately, as of tonight, I fear we have a new addiction for our take-home meal needs. Like, perhaps, a once-a-week addiction. Ugh....... ; )

The chicken salad bowl was really good! I got the pomegranate chicken flavor. Very tasty! The complimentary lentil soup was good, too!!

Good food and fast service .. want veg options and they have enough

Fantastic place with fantastic food! Especially recommend their baklavas, sumac onions and exceptionally creamy hummus and tahini. And their hibiscus tea! It is so nice how you can build your own meal and get just what you like. They often email you really good promotions with discounts and my wife and I have never had a bad experience! It is always a treat to get the food delivered on a special occasion. Thank you for the great food, Sajj!

When we're craving something healthy and fresh, we always turn to SAJJ. Our last order was spot on and prepared perfectly. They do not skimp on portion sizes and toppings, which we all appreciate since take out could be pricey. But SAJJ is well worth the splurge. Kudos to the San Bruno staff, our bowls and pita were delicious!
