The food was amazing!

Wife and I were in the area for an overnight stop on a road trip and craving some Vietnamese food. We couldn't have been happier with Saigon Spring! All of our food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Some of the best pho I have ever had with amazing meatballs. If you're in the area and craving some fantastic Vietnamese food, go here!

Friendly, clean, quick. Cleared a booth for us immediately on a crowded evening. Our tofu dishes were incredible!

I don’t know why every review on here say that this is authentic Vietnamese food. These reviews read like they’re bought and fake. No, the food isn’t authentic. Vietnamese food is not supposed to be flavorless. It is extremely flavorful with rich umami of fish sauce and multiple spices. This place had the most flavorless Pho I have had. I felt like I was drinking boiled water with MSG. No star anise or cinnamon taste. I bet they didn’t even use an onion in there to make the aromatics. The vermicelli dishes were oily and the beef flavor was weirdly sweet with no hint of lemongrass and the umami of fish sauce. The rice dish was extremely oily. This is at best a rip off of actual Vietnamese food for people who don’t know better. I rather just make Vietnamese food at home.

during covid i was stuck at home and i couldnt go home to nyc and im asian. this place was clutch and kept me sane. 10/10.

If you are even considering trying Vietnamese food, this is the place. If you’ve been to Vietnam before, this is the place. You won’t be disappointed. There’s nothing I haven’t tried here that I wouldn’t order again. Green papaya salad, rare beef and brisket pho!

First time eating here and definitely coming back! Food was excellent and the staff is very friendly. So happy to have found this place ☺️
