We absolutely loved this hidden gem. We had all vegan optios, Channa Masala, Aloo Gobi, and the potato and onion stuffed bread. Everything was prepared fresh and to our spice preferences. We look forward to enjoying their food soon.
The great 5 plus: there were no people in the restaurant at all. Super nice and quiet. The good 5/5 the Naan was delightful and would definitely order again The okay 4/5: the Tikka Masala and the rice. Good, but for the price, it's definitely not great. The mid 3/5: the okra dish could have definitely been better. Will not order again. Honorable mentions server was decent, but as we were only people in restaurant. She definitely came around too much. Tldr: pricey but overall decent will try more dishes next time.
I didn't have a good experience (or see any Indian people, again) but it looks like I'm in the minority. So... maybe, they're alright. ♂️ I always recommend every Indian restaurant, everywhere I go. This is a first, for me.
I wasn't even hungry, but I ate three different dishes, and ate every last grain of rice. I even licked the plates afterward like a total velociraptor. Unfortunately I jumped right in and failed to take pictures of the actual food.
One of our favorite places to stop. Love the smaller set up as opposed to the buffet style other Indian food places do. Stop in about once a month and have always been pleased with the staff and food
I just placed a large order for 10 people with short notice. Everything was perfect, delicious, and well marked. Truly one of my favorite restaurants. Bravo! Can’t wait to come back!
Our server Carolyn was amazing. I ordered a lamb curry dish. It was good but It needed veggies. I was later informed that I could've added veggies as well. Will definitely be back
Either it was the worst tikka masala I’ve ever had or they just gave me the wrong sauce. I inquired about the sauce but she confirmed ‘they don’t add food coloring’. I lived in India for 2 years and have had countless tikka masala there and in the US. They’ve always been tomato based sauce. There wasn’t any tomato in my sauce. It was pure CUMIN- that was all I could taste. Not one Indian would ever put food coloring in the lid masala- that’s an insult. I think they figure the gringos won’t notice. Plus the pomegranate margarita was terrible. Don’t bother with this place.
Wow, check out the owner's responses to any negative reviews. No acknowledgement that maybe the restaurant did anything wrong, or there is room for improvement on their part. He's in offensive mode and blaming the customers. Just wow. I had a personal experience with this little man, who became quite unhinged and used the foulest of language in front of my grandchildren. Bad management = bad restaurant. Zero stars. PS - I am certain to get an unpleasant and untruthful response to this review. The customer is always wrong at this place.
