This wedding reception was absolutely perfect! All the staff were amazing and took care of all of our guests. They were very accommodating with dietary needs and treated everyone so kindly. Michelin (the head server) and Daniel (the bartender) were both phenomenal hosts and did an amazing job making our guests feel completely taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding reception and for every staff member’s love and attention on this wonderful night. As for my coordinator, I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about her. For always being there for me while I planned this event — Christine is the most amazing coordinator and human being, and I am so thankful for her for making everything come together! It was the most special night of our lives and we will remember every detail! Thank you Rusty Pelican and Christine ❤️ Vegetarian options: The tofu vegan meal was delicious the guests said! Dietary restrictions: Accommodated ALL seafood, nut, and gluten allergies!

Unfortunately they have gone down hill quality wise. I went with my family for a sunset dinner and it was well to be blunt sucked. We started with some apps the steak Capacio, ousters and coconut shrimp. The oysters were probably the size of my pinky finger nail and dried out, shrimp were ok but very soggy My son order a ribeye mid rare and came out well done and dry. I ordered the supposed lightly fried snapper with a coconut orzo. The orzo was way over cooked and sour, the fish was completely mushy and slimy once you cut through the over fried fish. By the time the server got flagged down half the table was almost done with dinner. I asked for a side of the cream corn in replace of the orzo and that was a cement mix. I will say the new steak they brought out as perfectly cooked. How ever when the manager came out she didn’t address a Sigle thing, just dropped off the steak had him cut into it and left. Needless to say I paid $400 for bar food and won’t be back. It’s a shame used to live this place but a complete waste wait of money and time.

My mom, fiancé, and I went to the Rusty Pelican for a wedding over the weekend. Our server's name was Jack and he was fantastic! He checked in on us regularly, had an excellent positive attitude, and always made sure we had anything we wanted. At one point, I came back from the dance floor and my mom was sitting at our table with a cup of coffee (I hadn't seen anyone else with coffee). I asked where she got her drink and she said, "Jack's been taking care of me! This really hits the spot." It wasn't long before he was back to check on our table and my fiancé and I got coffee as well. The space was beautiful! We had a spectacular ocean view & the food was delicious. It was a lovely night with great service, food, and company.

From the moment we arrived we were charged $8.00 plus tip for no other option valet parking. We checked in on time and waited 20 minutes as other people were checking in and were immediately seated. The restaurant was extremely cold and my jacket was in a car that I had no idea where it was. It has to be cold for me to be uncomfortable. The corn bread concoction was to die for. My dinner was served cold and that that point I just wanted to eat and leave so I didn’t send it back as I never do as it is. The view was nothing to look at just water and a bridge under construction. Our waitress was nice was the highlight. So a $150. with to entrees and a glass of wine was way to much for the experience. Seemed more like a party house that they accommodate. Parking: $8.00 plus tip is only option.

Hostess Jackie meet us at the door looking beautiful and inviting. Service was right on time with drinks and delicious food. Chef thank you for making the best crab in a long time.

Best front row sunset views! The food was tremendous! Pablo was a great server. Best recommendations. Worth every penny! We’ll be back.

Great spot, great service. Menu flavors could use an update or more creativity.
