Ate there on Jan. 29th before traveling back home. I had the Three Little Pigs omelet that came with grits and a biscuit. Those biscuits are too good. It’s just like your grandma made them. I ordered 2 to go. The food and service was great.
Plenty of New Orleans themed food selections. Food was good and hot, waitress was very nice and attentive.
This is a must visit place!! The food is different and fun from the mimosa flights to the french toast bites.
My husband and I went for breakfast this morning. The food was delicious... fresh, well cooked, and seasoned to perfection. I had the St. Charles Benedict. My husband had the 3 Little Pigs omelet. We were very impressed by the quality of the biscuits. As southerners, IYKYK. I recommend you make an online reservation, give yourself time to find parking, and show up with your entire party to be seated as quickly as possible. PS we even got an order of beignets to go!
It was not crowded so we decided to sit at the bar. After a few minutes we moved out of the breeze into a booth. We ordered from one person and the food was delivered by another person. That's OK. The coffee and Irish coffee were in plastic mugs. -1. I am an adult and that is no way to serve hot coffee. My sausage gravy would have been embarrassing for a 2nd class boy scout. It was very oily and I could only manage a few bites around the edges. -1. The waitress said that was how it usually looked and that is enough for me.
Hair in food and grounds in coffee. everything else was fine.
Visited twice in a week. Our first visit, was stellar! Tyler was such a dear, you guys are lucky to have him and our food was top tier! Our second visit, it seemed as if we visited a different restaurant altogether. Our food was barely edible and our waiter seemed a bit spacey. I think it's best if we stick to visiting during the weekdays an hour or two after they open because Saturday morning was an epic fail.
