Awesome staff and great customer service!
This place is amazing!! Food OUTSTANDING!!! Service Top notch!!
Everything was delicious. The crispy rice salad, tomago egg with caviar, and It All Falls Down cocktail were heavenly. Ashley, our server, was a delight!!!!! Thank you!
First time here. Came for date night. Atmosphere was nice, dim lights, music in the background. Took a bit for my server to come over but It was fine since I had to wait for my husband to park the car. The valet was full unfortunately. Our waitress was nice, and did recommend some drinks on the menu but unfortunately they weren't my taste. I did have to send one back but settled on the aperol jewel. I really wanted to order something not on the menu but was told I was unable to do so (or could order a classic drink - Manhattan etc). Reason being I was at a table not the actual bar. So I didn't like that, the table next to me also had the same complaint. Bartender should be able to make what's requested of the customer, even if we are sitting at a table. Had the brussel sprouts and they were delicious, miso soup was really good. Husband had the pork bun and the spicy pork noodles, noodles weren't really all that spicy but he has a high spice tolerance. He did say his food was good. Overall experience was ok. Nice to try but I doubt we would return.
Me and a friend had dinner here on Saturday and as someone who not only loves Thai food but I'm also super big on customer service. I have no complaints. From being seated to the time we left, everything was done in decency and in order. Our waitress Kassidy had the best recommendations, especially once I found out they no longer sold lychee martinis. She suggested one of the specialty cocktails with reposado and it was good! Our appetizers and small plates were so tasty. We ordered the wontons, scallops, pow pow shrimp, roti and those were the best Brussel sprouts I ever had. The portions are perfect for sharing. I LOVED the aesthetics. It's super vibes in there. I've already made plans to return this week. Thanks Ruby Chow's for a perfect dinner, you have a new loyal customer. For more reviews follow me on IG at @atravelingpeach
Parking: The valet parking area is small. Our reservation was at 10:15pm and valet didn’t have any room for additional cars. There was no parking available on the street. We ended up parking about 1/2 block down at Southern Dairies overflow lot. For 2 hours it was $5 Vibe: Loved it. Food: My husband really liked the Brussels sprouts. He enjoyed the Katsu buns but thinks the meat could’ve had a bit more flavor. I have celiac and they were very accommodating. Although the options were limited they were tasty. I was able to have the seared scallops, crispy rice salad, squash soup and mango sorbet. The menu isn’t huge but it was tasty. The soup was tasty, the crispy rice salad was interesting. I think if it had some sort of meat with it then it would’ve been way better. I did enjoy the seared scallops. I ended up ordering 2 plates of them. Staff: CASSIDY!!!! I absolutely loved her. She was EXTRA accommodating. When I asked about gluten free options she asked if I had celiac and immediately went into finding the best way to accommodate my food sensitivity. She made sure that I was taken care of. She was amazing. Thank you so much Cassidy I will definitely visit again because I really liked the vibe.
