The food is often subpar for price- greasy, mushy, overly sweet or salty, and Americanized to a T. Thankfully, the atmosphere and staff are great, with friendly servers and extremely fast service, but the food's undeniably mid. On a separate note, there was a physical altercation between the staff members around a month ago, which the manager did not stop nor discourage. Not only did it frighten the customers, including me, but it led to a deeply uncomfortable dining experience. The wait staff seem to have undergone great changes since, and while they're still very friendly, it makes me wonder about any possible mismanagement at play.

I ordered my normal shrimp fried rice, and by the time I got it home, the bag was all greasy and the bottom of the container had well over a tablespoon of grease in it. Since when is shrimp fried rice greasy like that? I know Royal China is under new ownership, but if they changed the cooks or recipes, it wasn’t a smart idea. Won’t be going back.

I had a great experience dining here. I came for dinner and all the dishes I ordered were fresh and delicious. The walnut prawns are made with a very good sauce which paired nicely with rice. I also enjoyed the chow mien and hot and sour soup. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and the server was sweet and helpful. I will be coming here again!

The food was disgusting, mushy, saturated in oil, and slimy. The restaurant has the design aspects of the fun house at the county fair. The atmosphere made me happy we were getting our food to go. The service was alright. The greeter said thank you multiple times for no reason, and it was confusing. I honestly don't understand how a place like this is still open.

I witnessed an employee physically attack another employee about an month ago. It scared my wife so bad she will not go back. I had lunch there since, and what I was told was that a few employees quit after management wouldn’t fire the attacker. My lunch crew and I have come to the conclusion that if that kind of mismanagement occurs in the front of house, who knows what else is mismanaged. We will go somewhere else.

Owner rude...yelled and embarrassed me because I asked a simple question. That was 5 years ago and neither my family or friends have gone back. Customers in there were aghast.

I hate to do it but I had to change my review I have been coming here for many years! Before there big renovation before my 7 year old daughter was born , there food never disappointed but the last three times I have gone it’s not the same the potsticker tasted like they where loaded with ginger and the orange chicken (our usual order for 8 years) is not good I hoped it was just a bad batch but it seems to be continuous.

Srimp was over cooked. No dinner meals only one item plate.
