This place was great, but Liana said we couldn't stay because it was too "divey," whatever that means. Another colleague said it was smelly and sticky but I thought it was great. PBRs were like $4.
Fantastic little dive bar. A hidden gem. Great longtime staff, and family owned for like 40 years
Was a little apprehensive when I was outside, but this bar is great. Good prices good times, met a friendly dude from San Diego and had a few shots with him and my wife.
Fun place to meet people.
Tourist in town for Easter weekend. BEST BAR, bar none, in the area - and I've tried many. Way friendly and welcoming, with superior staff who make you feel like you belong. Amazing service from Trey and Frank. It was just like being in my living room (at almost the same price), except with new friends. You get to meet all kinds of people, all of whom were nice and respectful. Met NO nasty people. Just perfect. $4 to $6 beers, cash only, which is only fair. Insta-worthy vintage decor. Clean bathrooms. Top marks all around. Special shout-out to the British science teacher, who was great company and conversation.
