Rosati's Pizza

Seems like night management at this location doesn't care about customer service. They mess up the order then can't give refund on the item they messed up or just didn't give with the order. Judging by the comments I've read as well this location is going down hill. There's been twice my chicken wings came in not with the right sauce (all hot wings when i asked for half bbq and half hot because one of my kids can't eat hot food) or the chicken simply wasn't given with the order even though it's part of a deal-- if it's part of a deal the chicken wings aren't free otherwise it would say free chicken wings with purchase of pizza-- management couldn't issue refund on chicken not received because she claimed "chicken wings are free in the deal, so what would the refund be? "-- then your deal should state that the chicken is free not that it's all for one certain lower price. Will not ever come to or call this location ever again.

Love the Chef and fried mushrooms

There has clearly been a change. The sauce is nowhere a good as it used to be. They're now confused by their own menu. Dishes that used to be on the menu are gone. They're not even listed on the Rosati website as an official location and the website is completely different. There isn't even a contact us available! In all very disappointing. This WAS our favorite place for pizza for 15 years. We will be looking for a new spot next time around.

A lot of pizza gives me vertigo, Rosati's does not. Good quality ingredients.
