I didn't enjoy this ice cream at all. I ordered a cookies and cream taco, and the tastes of cookies and cream was too light to taste. The taco shell didn't have an appealing taste either, almost like it was a little overcooked or burnt. Couldn't finish it. Service was also terrible. My friend got his order in a few minutes, while I waited over 10. I saw 5 people who were behind me in line get their order first, so I finally went up to ask the staff why my order was taking so long and that's when they realized that forgotten my order in the first place. I recommend Cream over this place. They also have tacos, but those are made fresh in a waffle maker and taste way better.

Seating is limited inside, but the beautiful Santa Clara University campus is just a short stroll away, offering the perfect open-air venue to enjoy your creation.

Always enjoy it here. Not every flavor is to my liking but when they nail it, it's fabulous. I like that they are adventurous. Appreciate that they have multiple sizes, too.

Highly recommend this place! For all the adults when we were kids we had the now discontinued choco taco and for all the kids that didn't get to experience them this is the place to go. At Rocko's you can create your own ice-cream tacos or you can choose already made combos . Great place to take the kids!

A different ice cream style in a cozy cute store with friendly polite staff. It was my first time there and they explained to me how to order.

I have seen this place on wheels as an ice cream taco truck and was delighted to see that they have a brick and mortar store now. I happened upon it when I was dog walking and since it had a blue dog painted on the front of the building, I surmised it was. I found out that they actually provide their chipped waffle pieces for the dogs to snack on instead of tossing them - very cool. They also sell a frozen yogurt peanut butter bon bon for $1 as a dog treat I actually bought one to try myself and it was not bad. I can see why dogs like it. It's actually a perfect frozen treat for a dog with double layered fur who loves snow like the malamute I decided to treat. There are a lot of artisanal ice cream flavors like honey lavender, olive oil with cocoa nibs, and the like. They also had watermelon ice cream which was exciting and one of my go-tos. It's always so much better than watermelon sorbet which tastes just like ... well, a watermelon. They had an unclear menu. For example, you can actually do two flavors for the regular taco at 50 cents extra, price not specified. I ended up getting The King after trying a couple flavors. It has banana creme ice cream (another one of my fav flavors), peanut butter dip, and dried honeycomb. Great combo.

Fun cozy ice cream shop. They dip the ice cream tacos in chocolate in front of you which is fun!
