Had my personal belongings stolen and was assaulted by a bouncer.
There are thiefs in this bar and personnel doesn’t seem to care. Our coats were in a booth, but suddenly removed by personnel without informing us. My friends found their coats chucked in a corner. I wasn’t able to find mine and likely it got stolen. Personnel was unhelpful and downright rude when asked for help. They also don’t answer the phone. Terrible place.
I asked the bouncer how much cover was as a genuine question and he asked how many people we were, I told him 4 people and he said to wait until we were up in the front to ask. It was not that hard to answer the question and let us know if we could get in or not. I am a hispanic woman and from the looks of it this bar was only for WHITE people, he was flirting with some white women and laughed when I asked the question. I thought this was incredibly rude and discriminatory. For an establishment in downtown Chicago this is incredibly saddening. This is also not the first time it happens & should have a sign or a disclaimer if this is the only type of people they admit. Bad service and do not recommend, you can find other bars/places that will service you with respect or answer you with some human decency.
Bouncers are racist allowed my white fried access to the bar but then denied us even after we confirmed that we all we’re the same party then tried to say my palm angles shirt was tie dye
Very exciting visit to this night club. My only slight complaint (maybe not something to be upset about since you get more value this way) but the bar overserved like crazy. We asked for a vodka martini and they WRECKLESSLY overpoured it. The tequila on ice we asked for was also quite heavy. Bar service was very great though. They were giving off great energy and were attentive. Security was also very helpful.
On the night of November fourth, we never talked, you waved outside, but we didn't follow you. By the way, did that girl find that little thing she was looking for on the floor? telegram id: gunoger
